The changeover days are Saturdays, on occasion we can accommodate custom requests subject to availability.
Payment must be made by bank transfer and we will require a completed booking form. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival along with a breakage deposit of £500 which will be returned to you when the changeover staff have checked the itinerary, this will occur within 7 days of your departure. We do not take money from your deposit for small breakages that sometimes can’t be avoided, but will deduct for large breakages and willful damage.
There is a £150 charge per visit that goes towards the cost of the changeover cleaning, if you wish to have additional cleaning during your visit we can arrange this for you directly with the property manager, we can provide costs on request.
